The SwingTECH trainer is simplicity itself. When the SwingTECH is assembled, it is a five foot metal rod with a brass swivel on one end, attached to a high performance suction cup, permanent mount, tree or post. The device can be adjusted to your height.

On the other end of the rod is a simulated golf club. The length of the rod and the position of the swivel is such that, when you swing the "club," you will follow a swing plane that is correct for you body shape. Just five minutes a day will help you develop and retain that "muscle memory" essential to a confident, repeatable swing.
